Q. What is a sub-domain?

A. A sub-domain is something you can set in your cPanel that will let you give a folder a sub domain.

Example your domain is google.co.uk and you have 3 folder /folder /folder2 /whatever and you could make it so it was whatever.google.co.uk to point to /folder instead of it being google.co.uk/folder. You can do this with whatever folders you like.

Q. Your site does not mention any add-on domains or parked domains, do I actually get any?

A. Yes you get the same amount of these as you get sub-domains.

Q. Is the fast download service really unlimited?

A. Bandwidth yes however if the server runs out of space on the hard drive (will not happen anytime soon) you will not be able to upload anymore items to it. However this will not happen for a long time and we plan to upgrade the hard drives when they are getting close to being full.
